970 Rising was created in May, 2021 with the purpose of raising awareness and spreading love within the community, not only amongst Palestinians but all nationalities. Diversity and family are so important to us as a brand and we hope to carry this out within our designs, objectives, and customer service.

where are you based?

We're a family business from Jerusalem, based in Dubai. We're an online store but often participate in pop ups and events around the UAE which you can come by to see our products!

how long does delivery take?

Delivery within the UAE takes 3-5 days. International shipping varies but can be tracked through the order number, it usually takes 7-10 days.

We ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply depending on your shipping address and will be added at checkout. If you don't see your country, please email us and we'll gladly help!

returns & refunds

We do not offer any refunds, only exchanges. Exchanges of product can be made within 14 days, item must be returned in it's same condition. Please email us or chat with us to process a return.

Return shipping must be paid by the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect, in which case we will pay for the cost of return. For domestic deliveries, the return fee is 20AED, for international returns, please reach out for more information.
